Jeremy Mosier is the owner and main coach at Flex-Sport Consulting. I am a international trampolinist and was a national gymnast's. I am also a the Head Coach of the women's program at the Altadore Gymnastics Club. I have been top 3 at nationals several times as well as 8th at the Indo Pacific Games. At Altadore we strive for a high performance program with our athletes and coaching staff. Just one of the reason Flex-Sport was created.
