As an individual or group, one of our trained and certified instructors will work with you on a program that is based around your strength and conditioning goals. Whatever your sport whether it is dancing, skiing, gymnastics, diving, swimming, etc. we provide the training necessary to compliment your sport. Private lessons with Flex-Sport is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge of how the strength and endurance of a particular sport is trained. Having extra training for your sport or personal intrest can have great benefits and give you that extra edge in competition. Private and semiprivate lessons are available for individuals of all ages and abilities. We also provide clinics on our stregth, conditioning, and cross training programs with details of how to set up a proper program and theories behind the different techniques and exercises used.
